By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Purchasing & Payment Policy

Purchasing products from Best Years could not be easier. Simply select the items you wish to buy and complete the order quantity.

 

Your Right To Cancel
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

 

Returns Policy
Goods are supplied on a firm sale basis and we do not accept stock back once it has been delivered - we do not offer Sale or Return

All cases of short deliveries or faulty goods must be notified within 5 days

 

We reserve the right not to supply product in cases of any administrative, technical or any other errors related to prices and/or quantities.

 

Credit Limit

Every account will have a credit limit. If orders reach the credit limit or if one or more invoices are unpaid the account will be placed on stop. We always sue to reclaim unpaid invoices irrespective of how small the invoice or how big the customer!

 

Delivery

Delivery is normally within 48 hours from receipt of order but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of our ‘off the shelf’ Best Years' ranges. Delivery times for own brand development products will vary according to requirements. The cost of delivery to main land UK is £10.75 for orders totalling less than £250 and FREE for order totalling more than £250.

If you need delivery to Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland or Northern Scotland please call first to discuss delivery costs as it will be incremental to any normal charges
