Our knitted Highland Cow soft toy in a gorgeous bright stripe jumper has proven to be a best seller in our soft toy range. Highland cows originated in the Scottish Highlands and the Western Islands with long horns and a long shaggy coat. They are not usually seen in the wilds of Scotland wearing stripey jumpers, though we think it could be a lovely addition.
