Our pterodactyl knitted flying dinosaur toy in striking yellow yarn has bat-like wings and a crest on its head. The pterodactyl is not strictly a dinosaur but was in fact a type of flying reptile - part of the pterosaur family. As it lived in the same period as the dinosaurs, in the late Jurassic period, we have decided to add it to our knitted dinosaur toys family. Parasaurolophus Knitted Dinosaur Rattle
The latest addition to the Best Years dinosaur family is our knitted parasuarolophus dinosaur baby rattle. The parasaurolophus, meaning near crested lizard, was a herbivorous dinosaur found in the North America. The crest could six feet long on adult males and scientists think it was used to make trumpeting sounds to communicate with each other, leading to the nickname 'trombone dinosaur'.
We are so excited to introduce this new dinosaur into the Best Years dinosaur family.
