Our pterodactyl knitted flying dinosaur toy in striking yellow yarn has bat-like wings and a crest on its head. The pterodactyl is not strictly a dinosaur but was in fact a type of flying reptile - part of the pterosaur family. As it lived in the same period as the dinosaurs, in the late Jurassic period, we have decided to add it to our knitted dinosaur toys family. Diplodocus Knitted Dinosaur Soft Toy Green
Following the popularity of our orange knitted diplodocus dinosaur soft toy, we introduced a green version - a knitted diplodocus green dinosaur toy.
The Diplodocus had one of the smallest brains of the dinosaur family, though it was much bigger that than of the Stegosaurus which had a brain the size of a walnut! It didn't need to be the brightest as it had no natural enemies, perhaps because of its sheer size or maybe because it looks so friendly?
